You start round one
Push, batches and inspections. It is meant to go wrong: that is the baseline the group will beat themselves.

You watch it go wrong
Queues build. Cars come back in the wrong colour. The frustration in the room is your teaching material. Nobody needs a chart to see it.

You debrief it
The group names what got in the way. You pick the improvements, not an algorithm. Then the same factory runs round two, and the numbers move.
